What types of personalized gifts do you offer?

At A Little Something Gift Shop, I specialize in a delightful selection of personalized gifts, including beautifully crafted Bridesmaid Proposal Gift Boxes and charming Flower Girl Bags. Each product can be customized to make your special occasions even more memorable.

How can I customize my gift?

We offer unique customization options for some of our products. Certain items will have an area to personalize when choosing a product, you will have the opportunity to add personal touches to your gifts, ensuring that they are tailored to your loved ones and the occasion.  Not all products offer personalization.  Please inquire if there's something special you need, and I will try to accommodate you!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns & Exchanges are not accepted. Unfortunately, personalized items are non-returnable. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact me immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact me at info@alittlesomethinggiftshop.com 

How long does processing & shipping take?

The time I need to prepare an item for shipping varies.  Personalized items and bulk orders may take 5-10 days to process. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please check your order confirmation for more specific details.  I will do my best to get your items out as soon as possible!  I handle all orders on my own, I will do my very best to get them out depending on inventory and the time it takes me to personalize the items.  Allow adequate time if sending as a gift.  Thank you for your patience and allowing me to create something special for your loved ones.

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately at info@alittlesomethinggiftshop.com. I will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
